Our First Office
Don Dwiggins Associates (DDA) is a full service architectural firm established in 1973, with its world headquarters located in Anchorage, Alaska.
DDA focuses on privately owned, commercial buildings, both new and existing, ranging from small to very large retail, office, industrial and warehouse, using a wide variety of building materials and systems.
DDA clients range from individuals to building owners and managers, contractors, developers, national companies and government.
DDA provides services in three ways:- Full service, including architectural and specialized engineering or consultant's work, bidding and construction phase services.
- Design-build, working for or with the contractor, performing only architectural services but coordinating work by others.
- Limited services, providing only those services needed for a particular aspect of a project so long as it is consistent with the level of professional care needed to serve the client.
